southwind, as long as He is happy. The goal is that He will
        reach others through us.
John 12:32&33, “’And I, if I be lifted up from the earth,
will draw all men to Myself.’ But He was saying this to indicate
the kind of death by which He was to die.” He said, “The
Greeks want to see Me? Then I must go to the cross. I must
become a grain of wheat that must die. Then, not only Greeks
will come but everybody will come. If I’m lifted up I’ll draw
        all men unto Me.”
Psalm 116:15, “Precious in the sight of the Lord is the
death of His godly ones.” Precious in the sight of the Lord is
the death of His saints. Ezekiel 33:11, “Say to them, ‘As I live!’
declares the Lord God, ‘I take no pleasure in the death of the
wicked, but rather that the wicked turn from his way and live.
Turn back, turn back from your evil ways! Why then will you
        die, O house of Israel?’”
The Lord takes no delight in the death of the ungodly.
Precious is my death. What that means is I’m dispensable. He
may let me die so that they may live. He may let me go through
a trial that they may hear. He may allow me to lose a loved one,
so that they can see a response of a Christian.
One more illustration and then I’ll finish. Ezekiel
        2:9&10, “Then I looked, behold, a hand was extended to me;
and lo, a scroll was in it. When He spread it out before me, it
was written on the front and back; and written on it were
lamentations, mourning and woe.” Picture in your mind a hand
coming out of heaven and in that hand is a scroll and it’s written
on both sides and it’s all bad news. It’s lamentations, mourning
        and woe.
Ezekiel 3:1, “Then He said to me, ‘Son of man, eat what
you find; eat this scroll, and go, speak to the house of Israel.”
God says, “Eat it.” That’s hard to swallow! It’s only bad news.
Ezekiel couldn’t do it. Ezekiel 3:2, “So I opened my mouth,
and He fed me this scroll.” Sometimes God will hand down
that north wind with only bad news and He’ll say, “Eat it!” You
say, “I can’t! It’s too hard.” He says, “I’ll feed you.”
