Avradel is always seeking to find the most effective way

to communicate information that can minimise the

threat to life and property during severe storms or

natural disasters. After much research, Avradel

concluded that an ‘App’ would be the most effective
way to provide not only information but also as a

communication link between the Mayor / Local

Government and their residents / businesses.

A forecast of the number of smartphone users in
the Philippines from 2015 to 2022 was carried out

In 2017, the number of smartphone users in the

Philippines is estimated to reach 30.4 million.

That’s 32% of the population of the Philippines
