This is a ‘Gov.uk’ site, and provides very useful information:
With this government site, you can view your properties long term risk
of flooding by entering your postcode and house number.
You will then be informed the type of flood risk area that you live in.
You will also be given the option to view a map of your locality to see
the potential extent of flooding.
If you discover that your home/business is at potential risk of flooding
then you will be able to take the necessary steps to protect your
home/business by purchasing the appropriate flood defence.
