Nurturing
One thing a true Queen does is care for and encourage the growth or
development of others. She could bring up, care for, provide and look after
many. From the gift of giving birth to children to supporting a child through
adult hood, you have a skill that is priceless.
You can anticipate the needs of others before they even arise, making you
one of the most valuable individuals alive. It comes so easy and natural to
you that you take this power for granted. The workplace flourishes because
of you and everyone in your home benefits from the things you do on a
daily basis.
Oftentimes this amazing ability is used without proper balance. You care for
and support your children, positively impact the workplace and your family,
only to neglect yourself in the process. This is something that can be a
constant struggle in your life.
Queens are sure to provide the emotional, mental, and physical support to
themselves also. Self-care must be a priority in your life. You must learn
how to take care of your mind body and soul before you truly help anyone
else. Do you know you are too valuable, have too much to offer and have
way too much potential not to take care of you?
How many times you’ve actually taken a day or a few moments to do
something that relaxes you or makes you feel refreshed? Maybe it’s going
to a spa, going to a movie, buying something nice for yourself, or indulging
in your favorite ice cream? It is essential to nourish everything about you.
Recharging is a must. Now NOT later. By being used to doing so much for
others, you must make sure you restore yourself emotionally, physically,
spiritually, and mentally. Don’t allow anyone to tell you that taking time for
yourself is wrong
Self-care is not selfish. That mindset will keep you from having a rich and
fulfilling life. If you do not take care of yourself, no one else will.
