Melinda Parravano – Radiologic Technologist

Always the rainbow in the imaging clouds, Melinda has spent the last 3 years of her
career brightening the lives of all she has come in contact with. During that time, she has

been quietly amazing; never missing a single day of work and never looking for
recognition or accolades. Instead, she continuously works to do what is right simply

because it is the right thing to do.

Whether it be coming in 4 hours early or simply helping to calm an anxious patient,
Melinda is always willing to lend a helping hand. Her gentle demeanor and ability to

work at a high level in every facet of diagnostic radiology has shown her to be a standout

technologist. Recently, when we sought to improve our onboarding process by partnering
a new technologist with one technologist for the duration of their orientation, the first
person that came to mind was Melinda. We knew that the experience with Melinda would

help prove to the new tech, that joining our team was definitely the right choice.

Thank you, Melinda. Your supreme modesty, relentless positivity, and exquisite

technical skill helps to bring out the best in all of us.
