ADMINISTRATOR’S LETTER

Dearest Imaging Superheroes,

I want to check in on YOU. I want to make sure that you are

“ok,” during this challenging time. I want to ensure you that
you have the PPE that you need, the hot off the press COVID-19
updates, and leadership right by your side, to move any
obstacles that stand in your way.

I appreciate your bravery, for getting out of bed and coming to

work to combat this pandemic. You are just what our patients
need right now during this crisis, a calming voice,
compassionate care, and a perfect image to help guide their
clinical care pathway.

Remember, this is a temporary situation, this will end within time and life will be ‘different’ again

soon. Please take a few moments today to breathe. Re-fresh and re-energize yourself. Focus on
the tasks that you can control at this moment– YOU, your work, and your ability to positively
impact those around you. I have always loved the phrase, “Worry is like a rocking chair: it gives
you something to do, but never gets you anywhere.” So, “keep calm and carry on!”

I am here for YOU. I recognize that there are many reasons that this pandemic may cause you
stress, and I want you to know that I am here to support you every day because I am inspired by
your hard work and confidence. In this newsletter you will also find links to the existing JHM
resources available to help manage the impact of the stressful events you face daily at work and at
home.

Thank you, Radiologists, technologists, nurses, tech aides, administrative and support team
members - for your unconditional commitment to our patients and each other during these
unprecedented times. We will get through this, we will learn from this, and we will grow stronger
together because of this!
