Conference Booking

Residential Conferences are an important part of PFI’s work and are, in particular,
a good opportunity to study God’s Word and to pray for His purposes, and also
to hear more about the believing fellowships in Israel. If you have any questions
about the venue, or any other booking questions – please call us in the first place,
NOT the Conference venue. For smooth operation, full payment with your booking
form is required. From time to time individuals have to cancel a booking. It may
also happen that PFI has to cancel a conference. We reserve the right to decline
booking requests.

Our Cancellation Policy
We recommend that you have appropriate insurance in place to cover any financial
loss due to unforeseen circumstances.
If you need to cancel a booking, refunds can only be made as follows:-
• More than 2 months prior to start of conference – 100%
• 1 to 2 months prior to start of conference – 50%
• Less than 1 month prior to start of conference – no refund
If PFI needs to cancel a conference we will refund 100% of payments made.
For PFI Israel visits – Maranatha Tours have their own payment / refund processes.
For other PFI activities – specific policies will be detailed.
