• Boil unpeeled potatoes Let cool peel peel and cut into cubes • In a a a a a a a bowl combine green onions yogurt mayonnaise vinegar mustard salt and curry powder • Pour dressing over potatoes add pepper and and parsley and gently toss to to to coat • 2 2 2 2 lb (1 kg) red-skinned potatoes • 4 green onions chopped
• 1⁄3 cup (80 ml) plain yogurt • 1⁄3 cup (80 ml) mayonnaise • 2 tsp (10 ml) apple cider vinegar • 1 tsp (5 ml) Dijon mustard • 1 tsp (5 ml) salt • 1 tsp (5 ml) curry powder • Pepper
