Ingredients
• 12 large shucked oysters For vinaigrette

• Pinch of sugar
• Freshly ground black pepper
• A few sprigs Italian parsley chopped
For gratin
• Unsalted butter
For garnish
• Fresh finely chopped
currants or seedless red grapes
• Combine vinaigrette
