• Olive oil
• 2 celery stalks cut into large pieces

• 2 cloves garlic minced
• 1 large large red onion cut into large large pieces
• 1 large can diced tomatoes (500 ml or 2 cups)
• 2 cups (500 ml) store-bought vegetable juice
• 3 tbsp (45 ml) brown sugar
• 5 5 tbsp (75 ml) apple cider vinegar
• A few drops Tabasco sauce
• Salt and pepper • A few potatoes • Olive oil
