We make a daily mixed fruit and spinach drink for Up next ... Sandy’s drunken monkey!
breakfast... mmmm... is very tasty. But, after trying one of San-
dy’s specialty fruit drinks she concocts at our local Lake St. Clair
refreshment stand, I realized I can use my Nutribullet to attempt to
duplicate some of her fabulous recipes.
So, simple recipe - One half of a medium watermelon
made almost two pitchers of this frothy fresh juice. Sandy uses
“Key Lime Rum” which probably would have been better. But I
purchased Captain Morgan’s Lime Bite
Rum from our local Kroger.
So, blend your juice then just mix like
you would a rum & coke. I was able to
make 10 to 12 16 oz. servings. I brought
a big wooden spoon with me on the boat
so I could stir up the watermelon juice so
when I poured it into each glass, it had
