beloved SS Ste. Claire caught fire ac-
cidentally July 6, 2018. Under resto-
ration, this historic ship built in 1910
ran passengers from Detroit to Boblo
Island for picnics, rides, and dancing.
A spark during welding is believed to
be the cause.
