important to save & drop to an “official drop off location“ bait
shop shown above along with the following:
If other fin – no fin missing – or, you do not wish to keep the
fish … Please email picture of “both sides” of fish with catch
facts below to Tim Cwalinski, Northern Lake Huron Mgmt Unit
at cwalinskit@michigan.gov 989-732-3541 (5072).

and note the following details...
1. Date caught
2. General catch location (St. Clair
River, North Channel, Detroit River, etc.)
3. Length
4. Place head in bag (only if Adipose Fin is missing see chart below)
you may freeze head -
5. Drop off head & fill out the Coded Wire Tag reporting form sup-
plied by “official drop off ” bait shop, with as much info as noted as
possible thanks.
