Did you pick up the stones on the beach and bring them home without doing anything? Now, it’s the chance to get them out and do something interesting with children together.

Group Size: individual or small group (4 children maximum).
Materials:
Stones, Brushes, Paints, Markers, Glue gun, Colours paper, Scissors
Description:
A storytelling activity is by using decorated stones for children to expand their imagination and talents of art. Children and caregivers would decorate their stones to a person, object, fruit, or boat, anything you want to tell a story. The combination of characters and places can create various settings and plots for children to develop their own stories, which practice their literacy skills, creative thinking, and imagination.
Later on, if you find your children love this type of activity and you can provide some books with props or toys for them to interpret the story or poetry.
Easy, Cheap and interesting! Come on, get start it.
