 Tips to Encourage Healthy Eating in Children
Involve your child in meal planning and preparation. Enjoy having family meals at least once a day.
Include your child in conversation while having a meal. Keep a bowl of snacks ready for children to eat. Increase the variety of foods in your child’s diet.
Try different food recipes of food with your children.
Avoid having junk food from outside.
Keep up the habit of cooking meals at home.
Stock the freezer and pantry with healthy and nutritious food that is easy to prepare and cook. Avoid having high sugary products like chocolates, especially before going to bed.
