Fruit Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 apple.
1 peeled and sliced banana.
2-3 strawberries.
1⁄2 diced pear.
1 cup of milk.
1⁄2 cup yogurt plain or vanilla flavoured. 1⁄2 cup freshly squeezed orange.
Directions:
Cut small slices of apple, banana, strawberries, and pear. Put all the chopped fruits in the blender.
Add 1 cup of milk.
1⁄2 cup of yogurt.
1⁄2 cup freshly squeezed orange.
