Yummy and Healthy Recipes

Pita Pizza Pockets
Ingredients:
1 mini whole wheat white pita.
A small packet of mozzarella cheese. Tomato sauce bottle.
1 bell pepper of any colour.
Directions:
Open a mini whole wheat white pita.
Fill it with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Add some tomato sauce for taste.
Put some sliced bell peppers or mushrooms on the top. Roll the pita.
Microwave for 30 seconds or until the cheese has melted.
Cheese Crackers
Ingredients:
2 small packets of Low sodium 2 crackers.
1⁄2 cup of mozzarella cheese.
1⁄2 bowl of green bell pepper, chopped onion and tomatoes.
Directions:
Spread some low salted crackers on the plate.
Add the chopped veggies on the top of the crackers. Add mozzarella cheese on the top.
Microwave until the cheese melted.
    Fresh Veggies with Dip
Ingredients: 3 1 carrot.
2 peas. Broccoli.
Directions:
Cut the vegetables in the form of long sticks.
Place it on the plate and serve it with a dip of hummus, guacamole or Greek yogurt.
   Greek Skewer
Ingredients: 1 feta cheese. 4 2 bell pepper.
1⁄2 onion.
1 sweet potato.
Directions:
Cut the 1 feta cheese, 2 bell peppers of any colour, half onion and one sweet potato into cubical pieces.
Thread them in the skewer and barbecue.
Spread some low salted crackers on the plate.
Add the chopped veggies on the top of the crackers.
Add mozzarella cheese on the top. Microwave until the cheese melted.
   Add some black salt on the top flavour.

Happy Yoghurt
Ingredients:
1 cup plain yogurt.
1 Granola.
5-6 berries.
Half cup of sliced apple and peach.
Directions:
Top plain yogurt with granola and fresh fruit like berries, peaches, and apples.
