PT. ALTIKAMURNI INTERNUSA was established in 1992 and has been engaged in the
aluminum smelting industry for the purpose of vaious automotive spare parts (brake
levers, engine blocks, pistons, car wheels, motorbike wheels etc.) and various
Aluminum Casting industries. Our factory is equipped with production machinery,
operated in a clean and well maintained environment.
Reverberatory furnace is designed specifically to allow the right combination of Alloy
to produce requested specific Aluminum Alloy.In addition, Crucible Furnace is also
available to speed up and enable the smelting process in sufficient quantity.
Aluminum casting process is done by utilizing an automatic conveyor, operated and
equipped with a cooling system, to produce aluminum ingot in quality and quantity
uniformity.
To meet the standard composition specifications of Aluminum Alloy, PT. Altikamurni
Internusa owns a material analysis laboratory equipped with two units of
computerized spectrometer capable of analyzing 41 (forty-one) basic elements of
Aluminum Alloy, Cooper Alloy, Zinc Alloy and Magnesium Alloy.
Supported by a staff of experts in metalurgy, PT. Altikamurni Internusa profesionally
oversees the condition of all equipment. Thus, PT Altikamurni Internusa able to
provide high-quality aluminum with low level of Porosity and inclusions.
