In Indonesia, Daimler is known as Mercedes-Benz Indonesia. It consists of
two companies, namely PT Mercedes-Benz Indonesia and PT Mercedes-Benz
Distribution Indonesia.
Our activities and facilities are spread over three locations: the Sales and Marketing
office is conveniently located at the prestigious Deutsche Bank building in Jakarta,
our 42 hectare plant is in Wanaherang, Gunung Putri, Bogor, and our After Sales
and Training Centre is located in Ciputat.
PT Mercedes-Benz Indonesia is the Sole Agent, Assembler, and Manufacturer of
Mercedes-Benz products in Indonesia. It legally possesses the right to import all
Mercedes-Benz products, be this Completely Knocked-down (CKD) or Completely
Built-up (CBU).
PT Mercedes-Benz Distribution Indonesia is the Main Distributor of PT Mercedes-
Benz Indonesia and responsible for marketing of all Mercedes-Benz products in
Indonesia.
Our combined presence in Indonesia spans over half a century and we are proud to
have participated in Indonesia’s economic growth, and become an established and
respected partner in the automotive Industry.
We are the first automotive Industry in Indonesia awarded the ISO 9001 certificate
for our passenger cars and commercial vehicles, as well as design, manufacturing
and distribution.
