d) Professional Indemnity

Limit of Indemnity : €6,500,000 any one claim excluding costs and expenses
Excess : €25,000 each and every claim

Cover is subject otherwise to the terms, conditions and exceptions of the various insurance policies.

We can confirm that the above insurance policies have been specifically extended to include liability arising out of their
duties as project Supervisor for the Construction Stage in respect of projects pursuant to the Safety, Health and
Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013.
