The University maintained these facilities to provide venue for training and sporting activities not only
for the universities but other stakeholders as well (e.g. DepED, LGU, other sectors).

2. BEST PRACTICES
• The Sports Development Office assures that the Sports facilities and equipment are based on
international and national standards of various sports organization such as: FIVB, FIBA, ITTP,
PATAFA, PSC, POC, PTA and others.

PARAMETER F – MEDICAL AND DENTAL CLINIC

1. SYSTEM-INPUTS AND PROCESSES
The institution has an existing Infirmary building which houses the medical and dental clinic. The
medical and dental clinic has the basic facilities such as reception area, research section, examination /
treatment room. The medical dental office is well lighted and ventilated. Safe and clean water is always
available. Medical and dental supplies are available and properly labeled. The basic medical equipment
and medicine are available.
The Infirmary is headed by competent University Director for Medical and Dental Services and
manned by enough medical and dental staff composed of nurses, physical therapist and administrative
aide.

Financial Plan of the Medical and Dental Unit

There is an approved financial plan for the Medical and Dental unit of the university based on its
submitted PPMP and APP for S.Y. 2016-2017.
