                             As we continue to adapt to the changing landscape of
                             banking, our customers’ needs, perspectives, and desires,
                             drive us to re-imagine how we best serve them.

                             In this connection, we continue to re-engineer our operations
                             to facilitate an enhanced experience for all our stakeholders,
                             both internal and external.

                             Through our digital transformation roadmap, we are
                             introducing new technological tools that enable us to offer
                             business solutions, for example our Group Digital Onboarding
                             platform, that address our customers’ unique needs.

                             With these new channels as well as the work being done
                             to enhance the in-branch experience, we are confident in

                             our ability to deliver quick, convenient, digital-first banking
                             services to our customers, wherever they are in the world.
