Your Directors have pleasure in submitting their Report for the year ended September 30, 2025.

Financial Results and Dividends
The Directors report that Republic Financial Holdings Limited (RFHL) has achieved a profit attributable to equity holders of $2.2
billion for the year ended September 30, 2025.

The Directors have declared a dividend of $3.85 per share for the fourth quarter ended September 30, 2025.

The first quarterly interim dividend of $0.55 per share was paid on February 28, 2025, and the second quarterly interim dividend
of $0.60 per share was paid on May 29, 2025. The third quarterly interim dividend of $1.00 per share was paid on August 29, 2025.
The total dividend on each share in fiscal 2025 is $6.00 (2024: $ 5.70).
