REGISTERED OFFICE In 2019, Republic Financial Holdings Limited (RFHL) acquired a 74.9 percent
200 Elgin Avenue shareholding in Cayman National Corporation Ltd. (CNC), which at the time was a
Peter A. Tomkins Building publicly traded entity on the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange. In 2025, RFHL increased

Grand Cayman KY1–1102 the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange.
