T-Ball
YMCA T-Ball is a fun, beginner-friendly baseball program designed to teach
young children the fundamentals of the game in a supportive and encouraging
environment. Teams will practice once a week and have games Saturday mornings.
AGES: 5-8 COST: Members $110, Non-Members $170
Cheer
YMCA Cheer is an energetic and inclusive program that teaches children
the basics of cheerleading, including stunts, routines, and teamwork,
while fostering confidence and fun. Teams will practice once a week and
will cheer during Flag Football games on Saturday mornings.
AGES: 5-15 COST: Members $110, Non-Members $170
Lil’ Rookies Leagues
Lil’ Rookies League is an exciting volunteer-led introductory program designed
to introduce young athletes to the world of sports! The league is perfect for
beginners looking to learn the basics of the sport while having fun and building
teamwork skills. Players will be placed into teams by YMCA sports staff. The league
meets on Saturdays in a practice/play format for a one-hour time frame.
SPORTS OFFERED: Basketball, Soccer, Cheer, T-Ball and Flag Football
AGES: 3-5 COST: Members $70, Non-Members $120
Tumbling
Tumbling incorporates strength, flexibility, speed, balance, coordination,
power, and discipline. Tumbler participants will participate on beam
and floor. This program is a beginner level course that includes rolls,
cartwheels, handstand, pullover, jumps, turns, and leaps.
COST: Members $75, Non-Members $115
Tiny Tumblers (3-5 years old)
MEET DAYS/TIMES (45 minute classes, 6 week session):
Mondays & Wednesdays at 10am or 4:30pm | Tuesdays & Thursdays at 10am or 4:30pm
Beginner Tumblers (5-7 years old)
MEET DAYS/TIMES (45 minute classes, 6 week session):
Mondays & Wednesdays at 11am or 5:30pm | Tuesdays & Thursdays at 11am or 4:30pm
Saturday at 11am
Martial Arts
This class is for kids who want to learn the basic principles and fundamentals of Martial Arts.
The Martial Arts instructors are experts in their field and strive to provide safe and ethical
training that adheres to the values of discipline, personal growth and respect for others.
AGES: 6-13
