Kids’ Day Out
When school is out, camp is in! Tampa YMCA offers Kids’ Day Out holiday day camp
during no school days (following the Hillsborough County School District calendar).
Children can make new friends and have fun in a safe and structured environment
at camp. All activities take place under the guidance of trained Tampa Y counselors,
who embrace the values of our organization. Our holiday day camp program
includes games, crafts, swimming and more for children ages 5 to 12 (children
must have completed, or currently enrolled in kindergarten to participate in the program).
COST/CHILD: Members $38/day | Non-Members $54/day

Home School Program
The YMCA Home School Program is an educational program with exciting curriculum
options where kids can make new friends while being active through socialization, physical
education and learning activities. Children ages 6 to 12 are welcome to participate!
AGES: 6-12
COST/SEMESTER: Members $200, Non-Members $350

Stay and Play
Stay & Play is engaging, curriculum-based play for kids ages 6 weeks to 12 years old.
Children will be immersed in hands-on play stations including science, art, reading,
dramatic play and more. All activities are age-appropriate and contribute to early childhood
development. Play stations encourage play that opens children’s imaginations. Kids look
forward to coming to the Y because of Stay & Play and often want to stay even when it’s time to leave!
Safety First
The Tampa Y Stay & Play Family Programming Attendants have been trained to
engage children at each play station. They also adhere to the Tampa Y’s policies
and caring for young children as outlined in the parent manual.
