Here is what we will cover

1.You and Ray will review script and shot list for ideas.

2.You explain how you want to demo the topics you are covering.

3.You must be able to go through your script with a minimum

number of filler words such as “Uh”, “like” and “You Know.”

4.We discuss the list of questions you think I should ask as part of
the interview/demo

5.You determine the type of Visual we will show when you are
introduced (Picture or Video plus what do you want me to say about
you.)

6.Reserve conference room or any other quiet place

7.Determine what your background will be on your cameo in the
presentation

8.You must do a background-noise check of the room with Audacity

recording

9.Check the headset and mic at the presentation location and make
sure everything works. (We will do a quality check on presentation
day).
