Mitchell President’s List
Mitchell—A total of 336 students at Mitchell Technical Institute have been placed on the Fall Semester 2017 Presi- dent’s List, according to MTI President Mark Wilson. To be named to the list, students must earn a term GPA of at least 3.5 on a 4.0 scale and complete at least 12 credit hours of academic work during the semester.
Included on the Fall 2017 President’s List are Tyler Stark, Conde; Jayden Mik- konen and Austin Sumption, Frederick; Peyton Jondahl and Brody Sombke, Groton; and Stephen Haas, Westport.
Groton Kiwanis Club
Lee Schinkel introduced his guest, Pas- tor Young, of the Emmanuel Lutheran Church, at the beginning of last week’s Kiwanis Club dinner meeting.
Tom Mahan then introduced his guest, Josh Bowen, Aberdeen. Josh spoke on the various nancial planning, offered at Ameriprise Financial.
Reports were given on the very successful pancake brunch. GHS ro- botics team was a great asset, again.
