AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 4, SECOND REVISION
BROWN COUNTY ORDINANCES, AS AMENDED
TO REZONE CERTAIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED by the Brown County Commission, Brown County, South Dakota, that the Petition to
Amend Title 4, Second Revision Brown County Ordinances, as amended, to rezone the following described property  led by Patrick Keatts is hereby granted and Title 4, Second Revision Brown County Ordinances is hereby amended to change the zoning on the following described property from Chapter 4.06 Agricultural Preservation District (AG-P) to Chapter 4.10 Lake Front Residential District (R-3), said property described as follows:
Lot 1 Keatts Subdivision in the N 1⁄2 NW 1⁄4 of Sec 23-T124N-R65W of the 5th P.M., BrownCounty, SD (37832 Richmond Drive)
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Brown County Commission, Brown County, South Dakota that the zoning of cial for the County of Brown is hereby authorized to change the of cial zoning map for Brown County to re ect this Ordinance.

Notice is hereby given by the Brown County Commission of a hearing to receive testimony pertaining
to a petition, submitted by Loren Locken to vacate portion of plat, described as follows:
