Meeting called to order by Commission Chair Kippley at 8:45 A.M. in the Commissioner’s Chambers, Courthouse Annex, Brown County, SD. Present were Commissioners Hansen, Sutton, Fischbach and Fjeldheim. Commissioner Kippley led the Pledge of Allegiance.
MINUTES: Moved by Fjeldheim, seconded by Hansen to approve the Joint Aberdeen City/Brown County Joint Meeting Minutes and the General Meeting Minutes of August 22, 2017. All members present voting aye. Motion carried.

effective August 29, 2017. All members present voting aye. Motion carried.
FAIR CONTRACTS: Moved by Fjeldheim, seconded by Fischbach to approve and authorize the Chair
sign the following contracts for the 2017 Brown County Fair: Bad Hamster @ $3,400.00, Fallout Creative Community @ $700.00 (entertainment); Gabriella Lamier @ $200.00 (photographer); Ross Graf @ $40.00 (judge). All members present voting aye. Motion carried.
LEASE AGREEMENT: Moved by Fjeldheim, seconded by Fischbach to approve and authorize the Chair sign the following agreement: Frankie Coker for lease of the Richmond Lake Youth Camp Lodge on September 15-16, 2017 (includes alcohol use permission form). All members present voting aye. Motion carried.
BID NON-FIXTURE PERSONAL PROPERTY: Moved by Sutton, seconded by Hansen to declare non- xture personal property contents of the house at 204 N 5th Street, Groton surplus for sale and removal (tax deed property N 1⁄2 of Lot 5 and S 1⁄2 of Lot 4, Blk 35, First Addition to the City of Groton, Brown County, SD according to the plat thereof of record); and further authorize advertising public hearing to open, read and consider sealed bids for the purchase and removal of all non- xture personal property, to be held
