Dear Mr. Mayor,
I am writing to you about the park across Bound Street near my school.
Firstly, it is a nice park and if you wreck it and build a block of units there, there will be no
playing ground for children of any age who live in the area near the school.
Secondly, there are lovely trees in the park. Bird perch in their branches and people can hear
them singing and chirping. However if you wreck it and build a block of units, there will be no

singing and chirping anymore.
Thirdly, my school is opposite the park. Sometimes my teachers take the children there to do
some exercises. If you wreck the park, there will be no place to do some exercises.
Therefore, Mr. Mayor, please make sure you don’t build the block of unit and try to stop the
builders.
