The hazardous substances as defined under CIMAH regulations 1996 are (i)
               Chlorine and (ii) Sodium Silicofluoride.

The total quantity of Chlorine stored onsite (KT1 & KT2) at the time of assessment
was 12.6 tonnes (Te) and Sodium Silicofluoride was 5.4 tonnes (Te) as stipulated in
the JKKP5 (Appendix A1). The quantity of Chlorine stored onsite has exceeded the
threshold quantity of 10 tonnes as specified in Part 1 of Schedule 2 of the CIMAH
Regulations 1996. On the other hand, the quantity of Sodium Silicofluoride has
exceeded 10% of the 10-tonne threshold quantity but below the 100% threshold
quantity as specified in the Item 2 of Schedule 1 CIMAH Regulations 1996.
