favored a few big corporations over smaller businesses,
the Trump Administration is happy with the status quo
and is in no hurry to appoint another board member to
the bank.

THE NEOCONSERVATIVE PUSHBACK
Countries often make trade decisions for non-
economic reasons influenced by the Neoconservatives,
regardless of who occupies the White House. The
Neoconservatives are motivated more by power and
control and less by profit. Once countries try to break
away from the clutches of the Neoconservatives, they
know they might face military action.

To protect themselves from the Neoconservatives,
Egypt, Saudia Arabia, Iraq, Syria, Sudan, Venezuela,
and other countries are looking to purchase the Russian
made S-400 anti-aircraft surface-to-air missile defense
system to protect their country. Turkey has finalized a
$2.5 billion deal to buy the S-400. The S-400 has been
considered one of the most effective surface-to-air
missile systems in the world.

The Saudi’s agreement with Russia could indicate
a political shift by Saudi Arabia to turn away from its
historical ally the United States. A nail was put into the
coffin of the Petro Dollar System when Russia signed
a memorandum of understanding to help Saudi Arabia
in its efforts to develop its military industries. These
countries are mindful of former Prime Minister of
Libya Muammar Gaddafi, who was murdered by
Western-backed rebels on October 20, 2011, when he
