1.5.3 Projecting Signage
Normally, one projecting sign should be installed
per store elevation, or as indicated on the
Planning approved elevation drawing.
The projecting sign should consist of a square
aluminum box finished in RAL 7043 Traffic Grey.
The faces of the box to be in minimum 3mm opal
acrylic with applied vinyls for the graphics. The
graphics must be identical on both sides i.e. the
domino tile to slope upwards from bottom left
to top right (single dot at the top) on both sides.
THEY ARE NOT MIRROR IMAGES. Illumination to
be provided by LED’s for all sign types, unless
specified otherwise by Planning.
Where the Local Authority requires an externally
illuminated projecting sign then a hanging ‘pub
sign’ type of hanging sign should to be installed.
The background to be finished Traffic Grey
RAL 7043 with corporate tile logo and Dominos
lettering in applied vinyls. The hanging board will
be externally illuminated by LED trough lighting.
