C3 Shopfitting
C3.1 Stud Walls
New studwork walls to be constructed from Wall bottom track to be set 20mm off the floor
Gyproc MF proprietary system to suit the level, seated on a 20mm concrete particle
scenario. Stud sizing, centres, fixing details and board sole plate. Wall boards to be set 15mm
all other details should be as manufacturers off the floor level to avoid capillary action prior
recommendations contained in The White Book: to any finishes being installed.

Partition-Wall-Systems-Section.pdf PVC edges (to prevent capillary action) ready

back to soffit.
