Stage One Conservatory Survey

Space 2 Room offer a Free conservatory survey
to ensure your conservatory is suitable to have an insulated ceiling installed.

The things that are checked are: Externally-

All the existing roof rafters are in good condition
All the existing gutters and downpipes are working

Existing doors and windows are working
Existing brickwork is intact

There are no excessive leaks in the roof

It is important that our surveyor thoroughly checks your existing
conservatory, as all of our insulated conservatory ceilings are installed
with a ve year guarantee. It is likely that your existing roof is outside
of any guarantee period from the original installation company and in
order for us to extend a further ve years guarantee, it is important that
we can be sure that the outside of your roof is sealed and watertight.

The things that are checked are: Internally-

Mould around window and door frames
Signs of persistent leaks

Depth of ringbeam
Moveable furnishings
Potential loss of light
