FUNNELLING SKILLS

Another challenge that besets our youth is that they are not able to identify paths and

resources to work towards meaningful careers that stem from aspirations rather than

necessity. There is an urgent need for the State government to identify creative talent
and potential at an early stage and connect aspirants with right training partners,

forums and platforms.
