APPROACH
Over the course of 15 years, we have designed and developed a range of
interventions and programmes that have consistently connected youth with
personal growth and opportunity.
The success of our recent state-wide initiative under the Chief Minister’s Career
Guidance & Counselling Scheme of the Government of Meghalaya’s Youth and
Sports Affairs Department, is a quiet testament to the commitment of our team
and our reach in rural corners of the State. The programme was designed to
augment traditional learning systems with inspiring life coaching and work-life
readiness training, helping young people prepare for life and the world of work.
