GOALS
Our programmes are designed keeping the needs of tribal youth in under-served pockets of
Meghalaya in sight. The modules developed by Avenues are grounded in over 16 years of
observations of the realities faced by our local student communities. The interventions fill in the
crucial gaps that will allow our youth to improve their personal confidence, life skills and soft
skills, while providing a platform for each child to be themselves. All our training experiences
culminate in the recognition of aspiration, talent and potential and significantly improve
communication skills and employability.
