The Home Builders Association of Connecticut recently
presented its award for Best Spec Home Over $7 Million to
local developer Stone Harbor Land Company.
Greenwich-based Stone Harbor Land Co. has been
recognized by the Home Builders Association of
Connecticut for its development of a Greenwich mid-
country property.

Remodelers Association’s 22nd annual awards, with 14

HBRA-CT Members Honored by Westchester Hudson Valley AIA

HBRA members and current HOBI Award winners, Murphy Brothers
Contracting were recognized by the AIA Westchester Hudson Valley
as their 2015 Professional Affiliate Award winner. This award was
presented at the Chapter’s annual year end celebration held at The
Capitol Theatre/Garcia’s in Portchester, NY.
According to the AIAWHV Chapter, the award recognizes
exemplary leadership beyond their own professional efforts and
accomplishments. Current chapter president, Peter Gaito, Jr. said, “Murphy Brothers leadership, insight
and efforts provided represents all that is intended by this award”. Past chapter president John Fry
