The Messiah manifested, Hail the glory in Him vested!
Praise the King of Israel, Jesus our Immanuel;

Prince of Peace, eternal Savior, hail the Son of Righteousness!
Light and life to all He brings, risen with healing in His wings,
Mild, he lays his glory by, born that man no more may die,

425. MAY THE LORD, GOD, HEAR THEE

May the Lord, God, hear thee in the day of trouble;
May the name of the God of Jacob defend thee;
And send thee help from the Lord's sanctuary,
//And strengthen thee out of Zion//
He shall Remember thy every burnt offering,
And He shall accept thy every burnt sacrifice; Selah.
//Grant thee according to thine own heart,
And He shall fulfill all thy counsel//
We will greatly rejoice in thy blessed salvation,
//And in the name of our God we will set up our banners://
May the Lord fulfil all of thy petitions.
This day I have known that the Lord our God
Saveth his anointed;
The Lord will surely hear him from his holy heaven
With the saving strength and power of His right hand.
Some trust in only in chariots, and some in their horses:
We will remember the name of the Lord.
Lo, they are brought down and have gravely fallen:
But we are now risen, and stand upright, yea we are risen.
