Acts 17.29 IDOLATRY
We will preach only the truth, we will speak against all sin,
Any doctrine of deceit we will reject;
All inventions we reject, what are mere traditions here,
Contradicting all the words of our Lord.
CHORUS
Only Jesus Christ can save thee,
Sinners can be saved through Christ,
There's no other Savior here, no one else to mediate;
Only Christ can save and bless all sinners here.

Nowhere have we ever found, that we all have to confess,
Our sins to someone who's a sinner too;
Those who seek only their God contrite with sincerity,
They will find that only God forgives with love.

We must ask what is the cause they have taken from the law,
The commandment that our God spoke on the mount:
Thou an image shall not form, to It thou will not incline,
Thou will only serve and worship thy true God.

We don't care for Latin here, on the doctrine we depend,
This is where we find the promises of God;
Christ once asked to search the Word
For the teachings of the truth,
Life eternal and salvation we may find.

When they speak of purgatory and of dread;
But we know that Jesus came to shed His blood on the cross,
