Into my soul to be redeemed.
5
You are my God and so your will,
You will teach me your holy law;
And you will lead me through your path,
Filled with serenity and peace.
6
Your light of blessing will now shine,
Mercy and grace will glow so bright;
Within my soul and in my heart,
Which from your hand I have received.

Luke 22.44 PRAYER/ John 15.13 LOVE
Under the stars of heaven my Jesus went to pray,
In the garden of Gethsemane;
There was no light to shine, but Christ kneeled down to pray,
When He prayed under the olive tree. ·
CHORUS
//Under the olive tree//
Jesus Christ went to pray all alone;
"Not my will, but just thine, oh, my Father above,"
He exclaimed under the olive tree.
2
In His anguish and pain sweat abounded His face,
Just like blood drops that seep from a wound;
Then an angel descended and withdrew all His pain,
When He prayed under the olive tree.
3
His Father then transformed his sadness and great pain;
God infused into him strength and courage.
Christ arose reassured and He gave Himself to death
To save the sinners who believe in Him.
4
Let my song always be the great love He showed me,
When Christ went to the garden to pray;
Glory! Glory! Hallelujah! He carried all my sins
