The Lord Jesus is constant, today and ever more,

My Shepherd is the Savior,
He is sitting at the side of God;
His tender arm redeemed me,
Even from the most vile of sins.

His staff upholds, yes, my Shepherd will guide me,

Though through darkness I journey, 'neath shadows of death;

A sheep wandered out of the fold,
From His throne He descended for her;
He found her alone and captured,
And to save her He gave up His life.

My Shepherd is now living,
In the heavens, at the right of God;
He looks down on me with kindness,
And His voice leads me along the way.

Perhaps you are lost and wand'ring,
With no shepherd to guide in your way?
But now hear His voice is loving,
