The Second Indochina war's impact on Viet-Cong in North
Vietnam does want to control the South by the ambition of the
leaders Ho-Chi-Minh, Pham-Van-Dong, Truong-Chinh, and Vo-
Nguyen-Giap. The halo of the great victory on Dien-Bien-Phu battle

after they had been controlling it by The Peace Conference at
Geneva July 21, 1954, for a cease-fire in Vietnam.
It was Viet-Cong's dirty tricks for the Free World on the Geneva
Agreements. Before Viet-Cong signed on the Geneva
Agreements, they opened The Marry Tactics for most of the
important officer leaders and soldiers before they withdraw their
troops to the North. They had planned to leave all the wives, children
of those officers and soldiers behind in the South with their parents-
in-law, where we're already set up the hiding places for them if they
will return into the South at the future. By this plan, Viet-Cong had
made the connection between them in the North with the Civilians
people in the South. Viet-Cong was over the patient to wait for the
regard of the world calming down and don't pay attention to the
Vietnam situations. It was the best time for them to let all the
officers and soldiers, who had family at the time of The Marry Tactics
moving Southward by their way into South Vietnam. All of them will
get help from their families to hide the South's security force and
covered their secret active missions.
Those Viet-Cong's Officers and Soldiers became the terrorists in
the South with strong family support and the secret supplies from
the North. They opened the advantage of political warfare and
strategic propaganda on the civilians to get the support and regard
of the public. Along with those politicals were the war of nerves by
