The Warranty Is Not Valid When
• Amendments done to the warranty policy, sales receipt or invoice, or the absence of any of these original documents.
• Damage or deterioration of the system due to improper use or if the system has been modified or repaired by an unauthorized third party.
• Damage to the product due to defects incurred during transportation, such as bumps, bangs, or improper handling.
• Damage due to humidity or any kind of liquids, foreign bodies inside the system or the use of unapproved, unadvised accessories with the system contradictory to the User Manual.
• Using counterfeit treatment kits (OxyPods, Serums, and Primer Gels) will automatically cancel the warranty.
• When system is not used in accordance with respective User Manual or with supplied accessories.
• Partial or total damage or loss of the system, due to natural disasters (such as earthquakes, floods,
fire, lightening, etc.), force majeure or accidents.
• Damage to the system after being subjected to high dust environments, humidity, or application of
excessive voltage from the power connector.
• If the product’s serial number has been amended or erased.
• Damages to body of product, including but not limited to scratches and dents.
