Willowbrook and Locust Hill
New Community Underway in our Backyard!
Nestled between Beechtree, Oak Creek and Perrywood, the newest communities, Willowbrook and Locust Hill are underway. Toll Brothers, NV Homes and Ryan have teamed up for this effort. Below ground construction is sufEicient to support construction above ground. Work is underway for phase 1 development.
The entire plan involves the development of over 1,000 acres consisting of residential homes and a park that will be part of the Maryland National Parks and Planning system. This development will include an active adult community as well.
The Willowbrook development will consist of 818 dwelling (see Eigure 1) units and 581 are planned for Locust Hill (see Eigure 2). Phase 1 starts in Willowbrook with deliveries expected next year.
Now is our time to begin developing our strategy for this community. We know from experience that most new construction buyers are not represented by a realtor. We know also that buyers represented by Go Green have an extraordinary buying experience.
