Only God is omnipresent (Deuteronomy 4:39, Jeremiah 23:24, Psalms 139:7-10, Proverbs 15:3). True, before Jesus’ resurrection His physical body had limitations, like any male human body, however, the Almighty eternal Spirit that is God (Zechariah 4:6, John 4:24, Ephesians 4:4-6) that was in this body (2 Corinthians 5:19, Matthew 1:23, Colossians 2:8-9) had no limitations! However, many overlook the fact that the body of Jesus had no limitations after His resurrection.
Jesus then walked and talked under a stealth mode [or morph/change into another form] with people that should have recognized Him and then had the capability to even vanish into thin air! (See Luke 24:25-32 Mark 16:11-12.) The body of Jesus after the resurrection had the power to even suddenly appear out of nowhere! (See Luke 24:33-40) The body of Jesus even was capable of flight into the atmosphere and outer space without the aid of a space suit or spacecraft! (Mark 16:19, Luke 24:51-52, Acts 1:1-11) The visible body of Jesus radiates with the power of God. (See Revelations 1:13-18, 1 Thessalonians 1:7-10, Revelations 19:11-16. Note in verse 15 Jesus has the Glory, power and wrath capabilities of “Almighty God.”)
Clearly, the teachings that Jesus is just a human-Man or that a God [the Father] is coexisting with a mere man or another divine Messiah theories fall flat on their face. Jesus is not an X man, demigod, angel, or a mere-human. Anyone that still teaches that the fleshly body or visible “image” form of God still grows hungry, tired or has limitations has no real understanding of the Scriptures or the Godhead. Jesus now has a Glorified body! When Jesus walked the earth, before the resurrection, he had human limitations but now in reality he has none! Many want to still teach that Jesus has a human body with human limitations so that they can divide Jesus into two beings or Persons, one a mere human [or a lesser god] the other Divine. Catholic teaching has a very strong hold on many. When we divide Jesus up into two or three distinct persons then we fall right into the Arian or Trinitarian theological trap. Platonic Philosophers teach that Christ is split in two or three multiple personalities creating a dual or triadic consciousness for a single person. Some teach that Jesus was schizophrenic that he had two or three spirits or minds! However, James 1:8 informs us that “a double minded man is unstable in all of his ways”.
Student’s Handbook of Facts in Church History Rev. S.C. McClain, 1974, page 20: “Montantanus seems to have been an early advocate of separating the Godhead into three persons about 156 A.D.”
The Catholic Athanasian Creed AD 381. “For the right [Catholic] faith is, that we believe and confess: that our Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God, is God and Man;”
The Catholic Council of Florence AD 1438-1445. “The Holy Roman [Catholic] Church anathematizes, [condemns all non Catholic doctrine] affirming that there are two wills and two operations in Christ.” [So we have two Gods two separate and distinct entities in the Godhead? This is still more than One Deity and is polytheism!]
