The reason why there are so many divisions among religious groups is because people do not have a revelation concerning the mystery of the Father and the Son. Consequently, as these people read their Bible, theyrely on hunum philosophies to try to interpret it. By so doing, they create gods calling them God the Son, Son of Mary, Spirit of God, and Spirit of Christ.
Someend up with three or four gods, and others with three gods in nineper sons. How sad it is when jDeople follow after man-made teachings and doc trines.
CXur conclusions must be based on the Bible. We cannot take one scrip ture out of context. We must look at all of the Word of God, for "all scrip tureis given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness; that the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto every good work" (II Timothy 3:16,17).
The Bible will never contradict itself. A sure doctrine can be built with the W ord.
In response to Peter's confession "Thou art the Christ, the Son of the liv ing God. And Jesus answered and said unto him, blessed art thou, Simon Bar-jona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father whichisinheaven." Thetruthandveryfoundationofthechurch, aswell
as our salvation, is that Christ is the Son of the living God by nature. All that will receive everlasting life must have this same revelation. The gates of hell cannot prevail against the church that has the revelation of the mystery of the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit in one person (See Matthew 16:16-18.)
When praying in John 17:3, Jesus said, "And this is lifeeternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent." This scripture openly declares to us that there is only one true God and His
Son, the Word that became flesh, being the express image of His person (John1:14;Hebrews1:2-3). TheBibleclearlyteachesusthattheWordofGod which was from the beginning with God was made flesh. Through the incarnation, the Father became Emmanuel. God is now spirit, blood and
flesh, or we can say. He is now God-man (Matthew 1:20-23; Luke 1:34-35; I Timothy 3:16).
