Jesus Christ (Separate from Sinners)
Christ's humanity was miracu lously prepared in the womb of the virgin Mary by God the Father. He did not have an earthly father nor did He take Mary's natural seed for she had no seed by nature. He was
born without taking the seed of an earthly mother or father but was truly in the likeness of Melchizedek (Matthew 1:18- 20; Luke 1:35; Hebrews 7:1-3).
Christ was the Word of God made flesh and blood; He was the Father incarnate, (John 1:1,14,18), and not God the son incarnate. He was Immanuel.
Christ's flesh did not suffer d e c a y (Psalm 16:8-10; I Corinthians 15:39-50). He is the resurrection and the life of us all, and He has ascended to heaven in glory (John 6:33-58; 11:25; Acts 1:11). The glory of
His flesh was the same before death and after the resurrec tion for it was the glory of the father (John 1:14-18).
Christ's body (the flesh and blood) is the temple of God in that He is God the Father incarnate Qohn 2:20-22; 14:8-
Adam's flesh was of the dust; his living soul (blood) and spirit was from the breath of God (Holy Spirit) (Genesis 2:7;
Job 32:8; 33:4).
Adam's flesh suffered decay because it was of the dust (Genesis 3:19). Humans can not enter the resurrection life
without a supernatural trans
formnation. "...Flesh . and blood cannot inherit
the kingdom of God" (I Corinthians 15:50).
Humanity can be the temple of God, indwelt by the breath of God (the Holy Spirit) (I
Corinthians 3:16).
10; Colossians 2:9).
